Where’s my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an order has shipped. You can also email our representatives at email@example.com for any tracking inquiries. If you have an account, you can log into Your Account and view all of your order history and tracking information.
What if I receive the wrong size?
While we pride ourselves on fulfilling your order in a correct and timely manner, we are only human. Please take a photo of the wrong item and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Our representative will contact you quickly and provide you with the instructions and information needed to resolve the issue.
Why is my order being declined?
Please enter the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This includes the billing name and address formatting. If you continue to have issues, please contact your financial institution. Payment attempts with incorrect billing information will be put through as an authorization which places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed.
How long will it take to get my item?
Once we receive your online order, it is picked the same day at our on-site warehouse and will take approximately 7-8 days to the US and 1-4 weeks internationally.
Orders addressed to PO boxes will be shipped via Canada Post and may experience an additional day of shipping.
