What happens if my package is damaged?
We do our best to make sure all packages are sent in perfect condition but we can’t account for what happens once it leaves our hands.
To make a claim for a damaged parcel, please take a photo of the damaged/defective item and email email@example.com. Our representative will contact you quickly and provide you with the instructions and information needed to resolve the issue.
What if I order the wrong size or color?
No returns, exchanges only. Sizes and colors among brands often vary, that being said, we want your item to fit and look the the way you expect it to. To make an exchange, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of original purchase to receive a Return Authorization number. Exchanges are shipped at the cost of the customer. Goods must be returned to us unworn, with a copy of the original receipt and with all original tagging intact and attached, with the Return Authorization number marked on the parcel. Once the products to be exchanged are inspected and accepted your credit card/PayPal account will be refunded. To receive the new item the customer needs to place a new order and they will be shipped right away.

What if I receive the wrong size?
While we pride ourselves on fulfilling your order in a correct and timely manner, we are only human. Please take a photo of the wrong item and email it to email@example.com with your order number. Our representative will contact you quickly and provide you with the instructions and information needed to resolve the issue.
How long will it take to get my item?
Once we receive your online order, it is picked the same day at our on-site warehouse. Following picking and packing estimated shipping times are:

Orders addressed to PO boxes will be shipped via Canada Post and may experience an additional day of shipping.
