Exchange Policy

Sorry no refunds, exchanges only. If you would like to return an item or items you have purchased, please email our customer service team at online@rdsskatesupply.com within 14 days of original purchase. Goods must be returned to us with a copy of the original receipt, unworn, with all original tagging intact and attached, with the Return Authorization number marked on the parcel. Once returned products are inspected and accepted, we will contact you to initiate an exchange and you will be able to choose a replacement item. Sorry, no international exchanges (Canada and United States only).

*No exchanges or returns on underwear or bikinis.

Warranty Policy

Sorry no refunds, exchanges only. If you have purchased an item that is faulty of a manufacturers defect, please email our customer service team at online@rdsskatesupply.com within 30 days of original purchase. Our warranty policy does not cover misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow washing instructions. Goods must be returned to us with a copy of your original receipt, a clear description of the defect as well as the Return Authorization number we will provide to you. Once returned products are inspected and accepted, we will contact you to initiate an exchange and you will be able to choose a replacement item from www.rdsskatesupply.com.

Undeliverable Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept delivery of products ordered on RDS Skate Supply. All shipments are dependent upon availability and payment approval. Delivery companies shipping on our behalf will make multiple delivery attempts and will contact you by phone. If goods are returned to us the order will only be shipped out again at the additional expense of the user. Additional duties or other expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
